Francois and Francine from Laakdal love color in their home. Red, green and yellow are combined with white and black to their heart's content. The interplay of lines in the painting of Edith Verwimp forms the perfect binding agent. Warm red accents are created with decoration made from the same material. The abstract image, the large standing vase, the smaller globe vases and the static male fit together perfectly as a result. The white painting in the kitchen contrasts sharply against the yellow wall. The structure of the work is given added depth by the generous sunlight entering.
