Shipping policy

Online orders are shipped to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany. All shipments are sent insured against loss and damage.

Shipping is free from an order amount of €80, which applies to almost all of our products. For smaller orders under €80, a fixed shipping cost of €9 applies.

Orders within Belgium are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Deliveries to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany usually take 3 to 4 business days. We work with Bpost, DPD, PostNL and occasionally with our own courier. Bronze sculptures and large fragile works are handled with special care and, where necessary, delivered via our own courier service.
