Refund Policy

You have 14 days statutory cooling-off period after purchasing a particular product. Should you be dissatisfied with the purchase within this period, you can return the product to us without having to pay for the product yourself. You can use the withdrawal form. You only pay the shipping costs for returning the respective product. Once your return arrives, it will be checked by us for completeness. Products are examined for any damage. If your return is complete the items are undamaged, we will proceed with a full refund of your purchase price. If you have already made a payment, you will receive a credit invoice and the amount you paid will be refunded to your account number.

Products returned to us must be in perfect condition and with the original packaging.
