You have 14 days statutory cooling-off period from receipt of your order. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase within this period, you may return the product to us. You do not need to contact us first to do this, although you are of course always welcome to ask questions.

Although it is not required by law, we grant this right of return to our business customers as well - we treat everyone according to the same principles.

You can use the withdrawal form. Please return the completed form along with the product to us. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you send your return package insured - this way you yourself are protected against loss or damage during transport. The additional cost for this is usually limited.

The product must be returned to us in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once your return arrives, it will be checked for completeness and any damage. If the return is complete and the items are undamaged, we will proceed to fully refund your purchase price to the account used to make the original payment.

Exception: customization and orders upon request.
Products that have been specifically customized or commissioned for you (bespoke and commissioned works) are not eligible for return, as they cannot be resold. If in doubt, we recommend that you contact us before ordering - we will be happy to help you make the right choice.
