How can I receive an invoice for my order?

Did you create an account at checkout?

Then you can always find your invoice easily:

  1. Log in via Login to your account.
  2. You will now see an overview of your orders.
  3. In the last column you will see the option to download your invoice.

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with all the details of your purchase.

Would you like to receive an invoice by e-mail?

Please send an email to info@starttoart.be and we'll make sure the invoice appears quickly in your mailbox.

Didn't create an account or lost your invoice?

No problem! Just send an email with your order number to info@starttoart.be and we'll send the invoice to you.

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with all the details of your purchase.

Please send the VAT number within 7 days via email to info@starttoart.be and we will make sure the invoice appears in your mailbox soon. Don't forget to include your order number.

We will update your information in our system so that the number will automatically appear on future orders.

If you first create an account via this linkthen you can click on the account-page to enter your VAT number yourself. 

If you enter a valid Belgian VAT number you will get the answer: 'VAT number is not exempt from VAT'. This means your number is correct and you pay VAT on your order.

If you place an order now, the accompanying invoice will state the VAT number.

The invoice can be downloaded from your account-page.

Your invoice will then be displayed as a web page with two buttons at the top that allow you to download or print the invoice as a PDF file.

If you have a valid VAT number and you are located in a European country other than Belgium, we can reverse charge the VAT. This means that you do not pay Belgian VAT.

To make use of this option, please send an email to info@starttoart.be before placing an order.

You can also create your own account via this link and then enter your VAT number on the account-page. If you have entered a valid VAT number, VAT will be automatically deducted when you check out an order.

Please note that we always check VAT numbers manually. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the VAT number is found to be incorrect or used improperly.
