How can I receive an invoice for my order?
Download invoice through your account
Did you create an account at checkout?
Then you can always find your invoice easily:
- Log in via Login to your account.
- You will now see a summary of your orders.
- In the last column, you will see the option that allows you to download the invoice.
Invoice by email
Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with all the details of your purchase.
Do you wish to receive an invoice by e-mail?
Then send an email to info@starttoart.be and we'll make sure the invoice appears in your mailbox soon.
Invoice request
Didn't create an account or lost your invoice?
No problem! Just send an email with your order number to info@starttoart.be and we'll send the invoice to you.
I wish to place an order and have a valid VAT number.
When placing an order, you cannot add your own VAT number.
Send an e-mail to info@starttoart.be with your billing information. We will create your account and add the VAT number for you.
After you place an order, you can request the invoice with VAT number:

- You will now see a summary of your orders.
- In the last column, you will see the option that allows you to download the invoice.
Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst en wens mijn BTW-nummer alsnog op de factuur toe te voegen
Zodra je bestelling is afgerond, ontvang je van ons een bevestigingsmail met alle details van je aankoop.
Stuur binnen de 7 dagen het BTW-nummer via e-mail naar info@starttoart.be en we zorgen ervoor dat de factuur snel in je mailbox verschijnt. Vergeet je bestelnummer niet te vermelden.
We passen je gegevens in ons systeem aan zodat het nummer bij toekomstige bestellingen automatisch zal vermeld worden.
VAT-referred for customers from other EU countries
If you have a valid VAT number and you are located in a European country other than Belgium, we can reverse charge the VAT. This means that you do not pay Belgian VAT.
To take advantage of this, please send an email to info@starttoart.be Before you place an order.
Please keep in mind that we always check VAT numbers manually. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the VAT number is found to be incorrect or used improperly.
