Good terms and conditions are important for merchant and customer. Here you can read our Web store terms and conditions. Not only the government creates rules to ensure the safety of your purchase. We as a merchant also like to inform you of our terms and conditions. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, an agreement is created between us and you as a customer. But before you agree to our Terms and Conditions, we kindly ask you to read the conditions carefully and take note of our way of working. This can prevent unpleasant situations! Article 1 - Webshop

1.1. The webshop is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and pays its legal contribution to the Tax Office. On our website you can find our Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number at the bottom of every page. There you will also find our contact information.

1.2. Our webshop is provided with an SLL Certificate. This means that we meet all legal requirements regarding the security of your personal data and payment details. We strive to continuously improve the security of your data. In case of abuse by hackers, we will report it to the police.

1.3. We never provide your personal data to third parties. If we provide your personal data to third parties, we will always seek your prior consent.

1.4. Since June 5, 2012, our webshop is required to ask your prior consent regarding cookies. You can read more about this in our Cookie Policy.

1.5. We are obliged to report to the police in case of possible suspicion of abuse or fraud.

1.6. We strive to provide you with excellent service at all times. If you have any doubts about purchasing a product, our staff will be happy to assist you.

Article 2 - Reflection period

2.1. You have 14 days statutory cooling-off period after purchasing a particular product. Should you be dissatisfied with the purchase within this period, you may return the product to us without having to pay for the product yourself. You can use the withdrawal form. You only pay the shipping costs for returning the product in question. Once your return arrives, it will be checked by us for completeness. Products are examined for any damage. If your return is complete the items are undamaged, we will proceed with a full refund of your purchase price. If you have already made a payment, you will receive a credit invoice and the amount you paid will be refunded to your account number.  

2.2. Products returned to us must be in perfect condition and with the original packaging.

Article 3 - The Agreement

3.1. The contract between the online store and the customer is final when the customer has indicated his agreement with the general conditions and has authorized the online store to debit his account, when the customer has made an online payment or when an invoice has been sent to the customer afterwards. After the cooling-off period of 14 days has expired and the payment has been received by the online store, the customer has become the owner of the respective product.

3.2. The agreement is established electronically, by filling in the necessary fields and agreeing to the general terms and conditions.

3.3. As a customer, you are obliged to fulfill your payment obligation to the web store. If you do not pay within the specified period, you will receive a reminder from us. If you still have not paid after 14 days, costs will be charged. If after several reminders you still have not paid the amount due, we will hand the collection over to a collection agency.

3.4. After you proceed to purchase, you will receive a written confirmation from us by e- mail of your purchase. 

3.5. We are obligated to you to deliver the product or item to you within 30 days. If due to unforeseen circumstances the item is not available within this period, we will notify you in writing. After the expiration of these 30 days, we will refund you any purchase price already paid. This can never be more than 50 percent of the total purchase price. However, if you have indicated in advance that a replacement item is also an option, we will provide you with a replacement product or item that meets your requirements as much as possible. Of course, you can indicate in advance that you do not want this.

3.6. The delivery of products abroad may take longer than a delivery in Belgium. The cost charged for shipping to an address abroad will be visible to you when you proceed to purchase the product.

Article 4 - The price

4.1. The prices listed on our webshop always include VAT. The costs to be paid for shipping the product become visible when you have added the product to your shopping cart.

4.2. When you authorize us to automatically debit an amount from your account number, you are obliged to provide us with a correct account number. Abuse or fraud will be punished and reported to the authorities who should know about it. In addition, it will be reported to the police.

4.3. The price shown with the product on the website cannot change during your purchase. You pay the amount visible with the product and which is also confirmed to you, if you electronically agree to the purchase. In it, the purchase price will be mentioned again.

4.4. If you purchase a product during a period when no promotion is in effect, you will also not be eligible for a discount afterwards.

Article 5 - Complaints and warranty

5.1. Complaints about delivery should initially be reported to us by telephone. Our staff will be happy to assist you. We will then contact the relevant delivery person regarding the delivery of the product. Of course, our deliverers will do their utmost to deliver the product undamaged to your home.

5.2. Complaints about the product itself, must be reported to us in writing. These cannot be answered by us personally. Please describe your complaint as specifically as possible. We will contact the manufacturer or wholesaler and will act as an intermediary for you. If it is within our power, we will solve the problem ourselves.

5.3. Complaints are usually handled by us within 14 days.
